ILEC co-organized ILBM Heartware Expert Group Meeting with Research Center for Sustainability and Environment, Shiga University. Experts from various countries exchanged their insights on how they could adapt “Heartware” into the ILBM approach. (March 5-9, 2013) ILEC co-hosted the ILBM Heartware International Symposium with Shiga University, inviting Governor Yukiko Kada of Shiga Prefecture and experts on lake basin management from Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Philippines, and Malaysia.
