The training course, commissioned by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA),
was conducted from September 1st to October 27th, 2017. The
objective of the course was to support capacity building efforts in developing
countries. Ten participants composed of government officials, researchers and
so on from Albania (1), Egypt (1), Ethiopia (1), India (1), Iraq (2), Mexico
(1), Myanmar (1), Sudan (1) and Uganda (1) attended the training.
