Lake Victoria, Kenya. Our beautiful lake is one of the African Great Lakes, the largest African lake by area. It is also the second largest fresh water lake. It serves millions of livelihood.

To create plastic waste awareness and to spearhead impacts of lake debris. Taking part in environmental events.

Plastic waste is a manace yo the environment. We have realised that about 90% of waste remains unrecycled and ends up in the lake.

 

9. Sustainability and Future Outlook: funding sources and collaborating Organizations

We are advocating for recycling machines which could help reduce plastic. We work together with several stakeholders and the community for the awareness to reach many people. We are applying for grants whenever we come across them to help us to help us come up with conservation strategies.
