ILEC participated in the National Strategic Consultative Workshop on ILBM held in Putrajaya, Malaysia. Malaysia has been one of the pioneering countries in South East Asia to promote the ILBM in national water management policy making. The Workshop was substantially an occasion to discuss national lake management issues in preparation for the WLC16 scheduled in Bali, 2016 (December 1, 2015).
