ILEC was honored with the 2018 JICA President Award on October 1st, 2018 at the International Conference Hall in JICA Building. The award is to commend preeminent achievements to human resource development and social development in developing countries through JICA’s international cooperation activities. ILEC’s long-term contribution through Lake Basin Management Training as a part of JICA’s activities was recognized.
